We Strive to Give your Parents the BEST Images!

Every image we provide to your families gets touched by human hands multiple times from the picking, retouching, designing, printing, and quality control during packaging. We want to make the process as easy as possible for parents. I don't offer online sales or galleries for ordering which would drive up the costs for parents, but work in-house to compare the images side by side to ensure I'm picking the best overall image(s) for that student and their poses. Not only that, but each image we pick gets retouched for any skin blemishes when necessary and hairs that go oddly astray. Occasionally we will reach out to the parents to get better direction if there are both great smiles and poses and of course the instructors and older students get to see their difficult poses to determine whether we nailed it or need to take another shot. Perfection can't be rushed!

Parents are offered simple retouched print packages, digital downloads, as well as custom designed wall products they love to collect and display from year to year. They can expect a turnaround time of 8-10 weeks for larger schools and 3-5 weeks for smaller schools with orders being delivered to either the school or at recital practice, depending on scheduled photography dates and holidays. And on the occasion that we miss the mark and something gets missed or the quality needs addressed, I will personally work with your parents to remedy the problem as soon as I know about it. The school doesn't need to take care of any questions or issues.
